Meals = 5 per day.
Breakfast = egg whites or 3 pieces of turkey bacon and plain oatmeal
2 protein shakes
2 meals of lean meat and veggies
** sometimes I substitute a meal with a cliff bar
I see a trainer every Monday and do HIIT CARDIO and use my body weight via push ups, pull ups, bear crawls, squats, Burpees and a bunch of other exercises
Then I try to hit the elliptical and do 150 minutes a week or as much as possible
I feel so much better and shirts even got better
I can't stop. I gotta be in nice shape before I reach 30
