Saying aggy elite will have the team shop you

I bet Nellie is elite in practice, that guy has every skill to be a good-really good WR. All except the mental aspect, he gets in his own head way too much, and coaching will not get him away from that. But I can see how Nellie can be a practice all star, but its misleading

Every coach say he’s a beast in practice. For some reason it just doesn’t translate all the time :francis:

He was the most productive slot WR in the league in 2017, the only season of his career where he had actual structure with legitimate X & Z receivers on the outside. The injuries to Wallace & DeSean the last two years re-exposed his biggest flaws from '15/'16 :

- he can't track the ball downfield to save his life
- his confidence fluctuates and his play snowballs once something goes wrong

Just remember when the Eagles let B Dawk go at age 35. First season in Denver was solid and then he started to fall off.

But we were searching for a replacement and stabilizing force at safety for years before Jenk came and stabilized things even under Chip's bullshyt ass offensive scheme that exhausted his defense.

Remember these names after Dawkins but before Jenk arrived

I leave Quintin Mikell off (dude was the only solid one but he left two season after Dawkins).

But

Sean Jones

Kurt Coleman

Nate Allen

Jaiqwon Jarrett

Earl Wolff

:scust:

I think Malcolm had two more solid seasons left in the tank. Just remember guys like that aren't easy to find via draft or free agency.

We could be searching for years for that player. Hopefully Mills is that guy so we dont have that struggle safeties problem.
nate allen was solid

With Syd, it's all confidence and mental

Before the 2018 season. Dude was balling in the slot. Then got injured

Same with 2019, dude got injured again and fell apart but then had that mini redemption to close out the season
I wanna keep him. I wouldn’t be mad if we extend him now on a cheap deal bc I feel he’s gonna get better and his value is gonna go up

Plus I think with Slay being here, Sid gonna learn alot from him, a pro bowl and all pro corner, alot of tricks and knowledge he can soak up from him.

Slay is potentially an important acquisition two ways.

Coming out of the draft he was my favorite CB.But man it's been hard trying to support him but it's one step forward and two steps back.

It's gonna be Maddox and him competing at the number #2 CB since strap is most likely gonna be the slot guy and mills moving to safety
