Ironically, the WWE with its softer style might be the safest place for him.

It's an option they should at least explore. Keep him on a limited schedule and working as few gimmick matches as possible.

But damn, I hoped having a kid would put more shyt into perspective for him. But if Brie Mode is giving him the green light, ain't much anyone can do except hope he stays safe.

It's not about the crowd. He's 36. He don't want to be done with something he's been doing since the night he graduated from high school.
I get that he loves doing something he's been doing for years i get it.
But after 10 concussions, seizures, and a brain lesion?
Nah.

But he'll be back. As long as it ain't new japan. nikka brain gonna be jello

Here's something to keep in mind: nobody really knows how injured he is. Dirt sheets and sites made it sound like Kurt Angle was on death's door when he left the WWE and would die in the ring if he had one more match, but he went on to wrestle for 8 or 9 more years. The only people that really know are Bryan and his doctors. Everything else is just gossip. I'm not saying the guy is 100%. He obviously isn't if the WWE felt they had a case to force him into retirement and he was having seizures apparently, but I think a lot of it is blown out of proportion.

I listened to a podcast a fw months ago, I think it was with him an jericho and he went over how he lost feeling in his arm or something really bad in a match vs orton. and then went and watched the match. :smh: no way should he do this

BUT

if I was an indy booker and had the beard. I'd be calling up Bryan and Punk and then try to setup something with them in a feud vs the bullet club :manny:

Breh watch the match he says he lost feeling in his arm with Orton
Watch the amount of reckless dives and head butts he did

He was Chris Benoit on speed with all the unnecessary spots he was doing plus he had an insane amount of damage before the wwe. He's derrick rose of wrestling he's just not physically able to do what he was doing and idk if he's capable of really toning down his move set

If he has the green light from Brie then it's a wrap, dude will be wrestling in late 2018 or 2019 :manny:

Dude's brain clearly ain't right and I doubt this treatment will make things better. I also believe a large percentage of successful current wrestlers have their brains in similar conditions. Business is a meat grinder for a lot of people, it always has been.

Any contact sport where u fall on your back 1000 times a year will have brain damage but when you are going how Bryan has been going it's a different case

I highly doubt roman reigns or any bigger guys are walking around with the type of damage smaller guys get because of their move set and their actual physical make up
