It's simple, you make a movie with a black Superman.
For one, it is Superman in a way no one has seen before.
Second, I suspect that the sheer combination of curiosity and controversy generated from the announcement of the film would probably have people talking all the way up until the release.
Lastly and most importantly, if we can ignore the box office for a moment, I actually think it would be a bold and welcome decision. I cannot think of a more powerful statement to make with that character. That "S" should not know color, nor should we.
I know they are doing Miles Morales in animation, but I think a black Superman... a LIVE ACTION black Superman would be the true barrier breaker.
And it would be a guaranteed money maker.
