Well, a go-kart track and an entire theme park are two different things.
It would be cool to have a karting track with a bunch of higher end karts and not the "lawn mower engine" go-karts that are slow and safe.

Things that MJ has also done that you have no frame of reference for:

Being under the insane pressure of being an entertainer and family breadwinner from before adolescence
Being one of the most famous people in the world for all but the entirety of his life
balancing once in a generation talent with an insane schedule, family demands, intense scrutiny
etc.

You can't make a 1:1 correlation breh. You can't say "I keep my house this way, so it is presumed that all men keep their house with a similar mindset." It's not the case. You've lived - what I can assume - a much more "normal" and "regular" life than MJ ever did.

Things don't work that way. They aren't that simple. Maybe you keep your house the way you keep it because you like it to be welcoming to the opposite sex. Maybe MJ built a zoo and amusement park because he never got a chance to visit those as a child. Who is to say?
