All they have to do is show him getting ambushed by Namor and Doom in bits and pieces in the movie and show Shuri journey to become black panther.

End of the movie show him recovering and Black Panther 3 you have a new recasted Tchalla fighting the war against doom and Namor. He gets his powers from Bast, becomes king of the dead just in time for whatever marvel joint event is happening

I know, you just casual, stanning the player not the organization.
The biggest strength of the MCU has been it's commitment to continuity since 2008. Recasting hurts continuity because people who get into the series later on will watch all these sequentially and wonder why it isn't explained why Rhodie used to be light skinned. They too deep to be doing all that recasting stuff anymore. If this was DC i would feel your arguments. In the MCU though it's better to explain recasting within the plot, like do some multiverse type stuff or pass the mantle. Instead of just pretending nothing happened after appearing in 5 movies.

Movie might flop regardless, My mom didn't watch any marvel films but saw black panther because she watches all of his movies. He was the perfect cast for the role, you don't just replace him overnight, you gonna have to build someone up to replace him.

Based on End game it was resolved somehow. The fact he showed up with the Wakandan army and was leading them was indicative he was king again.

I don't think they had a lot of time to be honest. They probably came back, looked around dumbfounded for a few minutes, before a sling ring appeared and Dr. Strange walked through.

"T’Challa, son of T’Chaka, I'm Dr. Stephen Strange. It's been 5 years, and you and half of the universe, including myself, have been gone, and a battle for the very existence of the universe is currently at stake, and I need you and the Wakandan army to be on standby..."
