Sure I've had plenty of rejections in my life, but not like this, not at this stage of the process
I approached the chick on Friday and we really hit it off (or at least I thought we did)
Exchanged numbers and I started texting her on Sunday for a bit. Decided to call on Monday and I'm making her laugh and everything, so I decide to ask her out on a date.
She said she had already made plans and would confirm with me later if she'll be available another time ( I guess I should have known then what was up)
I wake up this morning to a text from her and I'm like
Text started off really well, till I got to the part where she's like "I'm really flattered you would ask me out but I'm not interested and would really hate to waste your time "

A few weeks later she asked me out on some, "You seem like a nice guy and I didn't give you a fair chance"(When in reality, her no.1 option at the time probably fell through for whatever reason)
I took her up on the offer and we dated for 3 months. After which point she was like, "I'm really glad I went back for you. I was so close to missing out on a great guy. I really want something stable with us"
Told her I wasn't ready for a relationship though and it went downhill from there.
