I'm from Upstate NY. I grew up in blizzards so 2 inches of snow isnt much. the problem is there are no salt trucks at all. We skating ON PURE ICE NIKKA!That shyt ain't that fukkin hard to drive in. You Southern nikkas must be the WOAT drivers.

In the northeast this type of weather is basically the equivalent to a rainy day.
Driving on ice is completely different than driving on snow.
Ive driven in Chicago blizzards and had no problem with traction. Atlanta get ice covered by light snow. That shyt is impossible to drive on.
The road is an ice sheet breh. You can't drive on it. It's not the snow. Once night came the roads turned into an ice skating rink.
No one is going to get winter tires for One fukkin day!Do people realize that you can't drive on ice on summer tires?

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid the average person is. 
This isn't the 1800's, everyone knew it was going to snow this afternoon yet most people went to work/school without taking a minute to think what the hell is going to happen when everyone gets off at the same time this afternoon with these road conditions... 
The same thing happened here in DC a couple of years ago when a snowstorm hit at rush hour and everyone got off at 4 pm.. People where stuck on the beltway for 12 hours+ in a foot of snow...

My brother left work at 2pm and didn't get home until 8pm. He slid more times than he can remember. He just glad he made it home.
you nikkas are really struggle driving out there my fam just said she left work at 330 and just got home 30 minutes ago on a normal 15 min drive. wtf are you nikkas on down there

Folks jobs werent letting them leave until it was too late, same thing with the schools.
Not to mention that just 2 weeks ago folks were told an ice storm was coming and it didnt do shyt.
It's a a crapshoot with snow here. They'll say snow is coming and we'll get a quarter inch or nothing despite them calling for something serious.
