Yeah and now the franchise will likely move away from its Wolverine focus. He's only a cameo in the next main movie then he gets one more solo movie and Jackman will retire the role. I doubt they recast it anytime soon. Maybe they kill him off. They basically rewrote history, right? So the events of X-Men 1-3 didn't take place?
Just watched this on HBOGo. I take it this is a soft reboot of the entire franchise because it erases the first X-men movies entirely from the movie canon.
with the same homo pedo at the helm?there is so much shyt in that series that didn't make sense. hopefully with the restart they actually take time planning the shyt.
they said there wouldn't be a new joker for a while either beccause ledger was so legendary and we already have one. They ain't going to have an X-Men with no wolverine breh. He really wasn't in First Class and won't really be in Apocalypse. The roster is deep enough to move away from him especially when he's been the focus of many of the other movies.they said there wouldn't be a new joker for a while either beccause ledger was so legendary and we already have one. How there isn't a multiverse (Ala DBZ where Trunks goes to the past and an alt timeline is created but his timeline still exist) and how the entire timeline's existence comes down to one decision Mystique makes. Also as their past changes the future remains a constant tethered to a single decision. Their memories don't seem to change even as the past does.what the fukk was difficult to understand about this movie? DOFP is easily one of my favorite superhero movies, way better than age of ultron.
they're babysitting his body until he changes the past, the past was valid until the end, and wolverine is the ONLY ONE who remembers the dystopian future and what he had to do to change it.How there isn't a multiverse (Ala DBZ where Trunks goes to the past and an alt timeline is created but his timeline still exist) and how the entire timeline's existence comes down to one decision Mystique makes. The moment Wolverine went back to the past everything should have changed then because everything that happened to him and because of him in the past already happened from where they were. Instead they're sitting there babysitting his body in a future that happened because of a past that's no longer valid and that non-valid future remains constant until Mystique makes up her mind.
It doesn't logically make sense but I guess there's less drama in the movie if it would have happened logically.
If he's in the past and they're in the future then from their perspective what he went to change should be changed already. The point of the change would be just the action of him going back itself. Also they need to decide if their timeline is linear or nonlinear because if it's nonlinear then him going back creates an alt timeline and if it's liner he can't change time because him going back would already be accounted in the original timeline.they're babysitting his body until he changes the past, the past was valid until the end, and wolverine is the ONLY ONE who remembers the dystopian future and what he had to do to change it.
