I basted it in terriyaki and honey roasting it...it's sweet, a little salty but it's so tender inside... I was hoping for a medium well...
You got a meat thermometer? That’ll help you get it down starting out

Stab holes in the meat to cook the inside quicker. The holes will eventually sear closed.
