Dan Henderson is the greatest american fighter in MMA history and has a better resume then everyone you named who has fought GSP
Beating up BJ Penn at 170 is not impressive to me especially with a 20lb weight advantage

Silva has taken out ranked opponents in 3 seperate weight classes while GSP hasnt fought outside of 170 ever

i'm a huge hendo fan, so i know what you saying, but before GSP, Matt Hughes was BY FAR the most dominant UFC champion, let alone the WW division. i'd say their equivalent as far as achievements are concerned.
i'll agree with sonnen > koshchek. but koshcheck (then) was no slouch. that wasn't even a question back then. he was 9-1 with his only loss early in his career before he got humbled by GSP
Fitch > Okami all the way. i hate fitch as a fighter, but he's probably the best welterweight outside of GSP, easy. and also was GSP's toughest fight (GSP has said that himself). he's has FOUR losses and 24 wins . 2 of his losses come early in his career. the other 2 were to GSP and Hendricks recently. come on. you can't say Okami is better than that. no fukking way.

After seeing him get slammed at full force right on his head and not get stunned and win, and seeing him take that vicious haymaker from fujita and damn near too him on the spot... dude was seeing stars for a good two seconds after that blow but still managed to wrap him and beat em.

We cant use hindsight in discussing quality wins. At the time those were big wins like it or not and im not discounting the huge win over hughes but i remember they were saying Franklin was gonna smash Anderson as well.
Jon fitch outside of thiago alves and fat diego sanchez has ZERO notable wins. although his record looks better for sure but the quality of opponents is about equal.
This is my point people like to say GSP had FAR and away better comp and its no comparison when this is not true. The comp has been pretty equal the difference is Anderson is finishing all his competition fairly easy outside of the 1st sonnen fight. While GSP hasnt finished a fight since Jan of 2009 against fat BJ Penn?
