Honestly, it is pretty simple. Focus on yourself while in your twenties. Try to figure out what makes you happy and blend that with your talents for work. Try to get some credentials that are long lasting, credentials that will keep you working and making good bread. Maintain your body. Be interesting. Have real shyt to talk about. Have hobbies. Don't be thirsty. With women, I found you can be interested without being thirsty. Even if you want to smash, don't show it. Let you personality shine. Have fun and try not to have kids before you are ready. Do that and you will be alright.

OP's post doesn't explain all types of growth men can do that attracts women. The reason why older guys have it easier is that they have their lives in order from grinding in their 20s.

As Black men, we spend way too much time, in years we should be working to maximize salary potential, chasing p*ssy.
If a Black man hasn't gotten on a certain salary trajectory by 35, it's likely he's going to max out in terms of his peak earnings what he's making in his early 30s.
So, if you're making $50k at 33, chances are you're going to be making somewhere in that ballpark at 45 and 55.
My advice to brehs is to maximize salary potential from 27-35. Get the certs, advanced degrees, etc.
Women will always be there.
