Im so glad I discovered Minoxidil and Finasteride in late 2017. I was vegeta hairline status with a thinning crown and made a strong ass comeback :blessed:

If I didnt i'd be on the coli making a sad ass thread like OP :scust:

Bruh, talk to me. I've been trying to ignore the inevitable but there's no point, I think I need to hop on the fin before it's too late. Just been on reddit and apparently there's some new drugs in the last phase of trials which hopefully should revolutionise the whole game (blocks DHT but it's topical so straight on your head and doesn't interfere with anything hormonal) but I need to deal with the here and now...

My hairline thankfully is still straight, that shyt hasn't receded but the crown is definitely thinning and starting to get patchy so I'm thinking to hop on the fin for maybe 6m (apparently some people get regrowth on it) and then assess whether I need to get on the min too. Just cautious of the min as I really don't want to have to rub that shyt into my hair TWICE a day every day for the rest of my life. And the shedding phase that everyone seems to experience also worries me a bit plus my hair needs moisture and that shyt apparently dries the fukk out of it it so trying to avoid if possible

Anyway bruh, ANYTHING you can add I'm all ears as I need to hear a black man's opinion on this especially as I saw your pics and even your fukkin hairline came back!

Do you get regular doctor checkups?
People always treat balding as normal shyt, but sometimes it can be reaction to other issues. My uncles was balding for a long time, doctor presribed him some heart meds and his hair grew back. Don't know if it was a side effect of the medication or side effect of his heart issues prior to getting on the medication.

I've cut my hair after getting tired of the daily routine. Its been exactly a years since ive been off Min and Fin. My hairline went back to what it was before I took the drugs but hasnt gotten worse.

I say go ahead and take fin so you can have fighting chance of stopping any further balding. Minox is up to you really, I didnt mind the who thing of spraying it TWICE a day but it does take getting used to. And yes, it will dry out you hair so you need to be proactive with taking care of it so it does not look all crusty. I wore hats most of the time so I could get away with it.

Did not experience any side effects the 4 years I was on the drugs. dikk still hard as a rock with morning wood and everything :dame:

Sending you reps in a sec., good looking out bruh

I guess you had a good run, 4yrs

You ain't thinking of just staying on the fin indefinitely? It's just a pill every morning, not a big thing to add to the daily morning (or whenever) routine
