This. Plus keep up the water intake, biotin, and healthy eating. Use a good moisturizer and a conditioner. 4c hair is not difficult to control once you've gotten used to it.

Forhims is kinda mainstream and slightly pricier. Minoxidil is the stuff in the rogaine.

The liquid works way better than the foam at least for me. You could prolly go to pcp doc and get a prescription for finasteride.

Just one tablet a day. Also throw ketaconazole shampoo, you also need a prescription for that. They have non prescribed versions but it’s less concentrated
