But I also think sometimes the best example when your voice isn't heard, is drastic measures that not only affect 1 community but the outside communities as well.

You wouldn't go to an endo doctor for a cavity but if you voiced your concern that your community doesn't have an orthodontist and it's not being heard, then you advertise and sell your community to other communities to sustain so that they can see for themselves and now change has to happen.

Edit: White people didn't care about crack hurting the black community until it evolved into crystal meth and fentanyl killing off theirs.
