OP, make sure you network and find white allies and friends at your work. Unfortunately there are racist CACs but luckily not all of them are like that or share white supremacist ideology. It's like that nearly everywhere but with nearly every job I had, having a few white friends vouching for how successful I was kept me from getting shyt canned and they protected me from the racist CACs who didn't feel I belonged because I was black and they were entitled racist fakkits who despised having to share the spotlight with minorities. Despite them trying to get rid of me at every turn, having white allies protected me on dozens of occasions with the head honchos.


I'm dead ass, there are some down ass white people, make friends with them they will keep you from getting shyt canned. They will also provide you with networking opportunities that were previously unopen to you because you were black and it will stir up more shyt if you are shytcanned or marginalized.:usure:Assimilate to DOMINATE! Don't assimilate to c00n it up but do it to change the system within like the Jews did to a lot of American institutions that were deeply anti-semitic.

Stop playing checkers and start playing chess with these racist CACs.:demonic:

IM going to school for finance, and I was thinking of investment banking but now you scaring me away. What would you recommend in the finance world?

Man, legal field is the same way. I try to explain theories to some of these cacs and it's like I'm speaking a foreign language. Then a cac will say exactly what I just said and they will get it like that persons some nikka whisperer, or language translater, and get all the credit.

No diversity. And the diversity there is, it's always the c00n they push forward when the firm is representing a client that is really about to shyt on our people.

I love the law and pushing it places people are hesitant to take it. I decided the only way I could do it was on my own. I resolved to start suing everybody in concert with organizing in the community. Soon as I did that motherfukkers knew exactly what I was saying and started begging me to come to the table.

Only way they really give a fukk about a nikka is when you are fukking up their money or making them money in ways only you can make it. If you aren't doing those things, white or black, you're expendable - only if you're black they resent you and don't value your abilities as well.
