I'm in my 30's dude. I still own a cassette of run DMC Raising hell, I know my history. I'm just not one of those dudes that pretends everything that dropped after I was a teen/21 is garbage.y'all been brainwashed to think that cheesy shyt was hot.
I don't mind if you like TM101. But let's not pretend it was this instantly-loved album. It just wasn't. I was there. I know it was big for the kiddies who need something shallow and 'dangerous' to bump after PE class but I was in college then. We were not blasting this shyt AT ALL. Heads I knew didn't give 2 fux about this record.
We were busy playing Jay-Z, DOOM, Foreign Exchange and shyt like that.
So you have no basic music theory knowledge yet argue and critique music and want us to take your opinion seriously

OP is a biased idiot. Trying to prove him wrong is pointless. Dude said TM 101 is trash.![]()
Do you need me to go on? I can keep ethering your thread if you like
He means they literally cant even play the shyt they make. Its all robotic preprogrammed garbage which it is
I actually make beats, so how am I flabby and sick
do you know what ironic means
Jay-Z still touring performing Reasonable Doubt an ablum filled samples
his hottest songs audience like, are from black album which are sample based
the only crunk song played in 2015 is fukking We Ready At football games lmao
Young Jeezy has ceased to exists outside of detroit lmao, that nikka is a local detroit rapper now
Future hit Same Damn Time gets no play and already sounds old
when the sound packs get updated all those trap beats sound played out
the snares sound weaker and the 808's don't hit as hard, it's like comparing an 08 benz to 15
The entire genre is built on grooves too complex for an actual musician to lay down
Once the novelty of hearing 1/64th notes wears off, you start to wonder 'where is the soul in this music?'
