I got reps/daps/whatever for someone who help me grow my calves

Run a few miles everyday on your toes.
It really helped me.

Since I was little I ran/sprinted on my tip toes/front of my foot, wonder if that helped.



My calves are 17" right now, I do db calf raises in between bench sets and max incline on the treadmill

Besides the usual stuff you do on leg days, try to walk around on your toes as much you can (every day), including at the gym.
We used to do this at soccer as well as basketball practice sessions in primary and high school; Everyone who was in those teams(>10yrs ago) that is still in good shape has decent to amazing legs to this day!

Make sure that you take enough magnesium, potassium and calcium to avoid cramping during the first 2 weeks

man i just got back from the gym and im depressed :wow:

what yall kno bout looking like a Super Saiyan up top...im talkin bout arms, back and chest on SWOLE..chiseled :whoo:


but when u look at my calves u'd think I was a Kenyan marathon runner :sadcam:

I gotta do something....i gotta pull out all the knowledge I kno to get AT LEAST a couple inches out of these things....i don't even wanna start bulking later this year now cause my arms are significantly bigger than my calves

This past week I've been doing this calf routine from T-Nation...basically doing very slow bodyweight calf raises everyday...they say to do 100 everyday but I started at 50 and add 5 each day till I'm doing 100....my calves/ankles are that weak....so far so good, I did 70 2day, that ish kills me b...but my ankles/calves already feel a lil stronger...gonna do this for a month and see the results

I think that your link alludes to it as well, its also way easier to walk on your toes as much as possible. Its easier to do this between your workouts (whether its leg day or not) and around the crib.
