I've got 14.5 inch calves and like 7-8inch ankles. I have tried to work my calves light, heavy, full extension, one day a week, multiply days a week, and even everyday.
These things won't grow. I got to be doing something wrong. My whole body will grow except my calves.
I know it has to be genetic because I'm in the gym all the time working them and look like I don't even work out legs
Then I see people who come in never do any leg training have big calves or at least normal looking calves.
My calves haven't really grown in years and I have shifted weight from between 160 up to 200 and back down to 165 (over the course of many years). While my whole body goes up and down as far as mass my calves stay exactly the same.
shyt embarrassing. Its like 90 degrees outside and I have to pull out pants on a saturday I need help brehs.
Also, I'm willing to hear from anyone but I would prefer to hear from someone with similarly small calves that you've had to concentrate and focus on to grow. A lot of calf advice I have read online seems to be from people who say " Even though I have genetically gifted calves, try this..."
