Nothing like a nice smoothie after a good workout :ahh:

Put in some apple juice, chopped mango , a banana, some blueberries
and I'm good to go.

Cant forget the whey protein powder either :youngsabo:

I dont remember the measurements I use for the milk or yogurt but a cup of strawberries, and 3/4 cups of pineapples :ohlawd:


Also do any of ya'll have a juicer? I've been thinking about investing in one

I just put in a bunch of frozen fruit (strawberry, pineapple, mango, peaches, blueberries), some juice & blend up :manny:

Might even throw in some spinach or kale for a green smoothie. Still tastes fruity, but has that that extra healthiness :noah:
