I got a DUI last year and I got 6 months probation and $375 fine. Ill be off probation in September. This shyt sucks.

If I complete this successfully they will waive prosecution.. Apparently it is the best deal you can get in federal court. I don't have a conviction and no fines to pay. Considering the charge, I'm happy. Just got to stay .

i went to court and the judeg put me on probation. she was kinda exasperated that a speeding ticket got escalated to state but didnt throw out my case

I was fined ~$700 and was given 6 months to pay. I cant go out of town, cant get pulled over or im going straight to jail etc

paying that shyt off tomorrow so i can be a free woman.

There's gotta be more to the story. How does a speeding ticket land you on probation? I live in Atlanta and since I moved here I have had many tickets

• 5 speeding (in order)
  1. 80 in a 55
  2. 62 in a 35
  3. 70 in a 55
  4. 91 in a 70
  5. 84 in a 65
• 2 illegal turns
• and a few others
• 1 for not merging while an officer was on the shoulder. $350 fine

Never have I been arrested or been on "probation"

ok i was doing almost 100 but the officer put 65 in a 55. They tried to get me though. the prosecutor said "well it says here the officer clocked you at "98 in 55" so he gave you a chance. bytch FOH lets talk about whats on the damn ticket stupid bytch

The state of GA is mostly strict on DUIs. I swear almost everyone I know has a DUI out here. Lawyers are eatign good of this sh!t. You just cant have 3 speeding tickets within a year. If you do you lose your shyt.

The first 2 were a month apart 4 years ago
The 3rd was 2 years ago
The 4th was actually in Florida last ThanksGiving day on my way to see mom.
The 5th was 2 months ago just outside of ATL on my way to FL again

My license been suspended 3 or 4 times and i got it reinstated. With this case, i was crying and a nice guy had them reinstatw it for me. Lol
