Again.. Educate yourself on business and financial literacy. Let me break it down for you since you are a bit slow. Aspiro is the PARENT company of Tidal. Do you understand what the definition of a parent company is? It means it has the largest and controlling stake of ownership. Jay bought Aspiro outright for 56 million. Sprint has a smaller minority stake in Tidal at around 30% from reports. All the other artist owners have minor stakes in Tidal. The OWNER and person with the controlling stake of ownership is Jay Z.

I'm sure you remember the headlines:
