Do you understand what the definition of a parent company is? It means it has the largest and controlling stake of ownership. Jay bought Aspiro outright for 56 million. Sprint has a smaller minority stake in Tidal at around 30% from reports. All the other artist owners have minor stakes in Tidal. The OWNER and person with the controlling stake of ownership is Jay Z.
