I finally watched the Dark Knight Rises

I hear this all of the time, but in all seriousness, how would you have Bane go out? If Selina hadn't rushed in at that moment, Batman's head would've been blown off. Or would they rather have Batman defeat Bane in another fight? He's not going to kill him, bruh. The fight would be the same. This guy isn't going to be arrested. He'd rather die. Getting shot by a canon (that can destroy a Tumbler) is not a bad way to go at all.

I wasn't factoring in how powerful the shot was when I first watched it so thats why I was like that one little ass shot took him out. Then I remembered how she used it before and I can see why he died. Maybe I just wanted 2 see what would happen if somehow the mask came off.

I'm sure this has been said before but the fight scenes were awful in this movie... Batman trained with ninjas but fights like a goon on screen smh. You have two big dudes in masks, why not sub in some trained fighters/stuntmen for the fight scenes. It woulda been seamless

bane makes this movie that ass whooping in the first fight

2nd fight batman was still getting his ass whooped till he hit bane weak spot and bane was throwing them massive haymakers that pillar felt it too

hell his quotes are so damn memorable in this movie

i dont dwell on the plot that deep and really enjoy the movie regardless of what peeps say

Funny how batman was hitting Bane in those same weak spots with more power and frequency in the first fight but they did nothing.


Its like Nolan was more focused on theatrics and quotable than creating a coherent story. And the ending was so rushed and anti climatic. It's like they saw the run time and was like "ok, we need to wrap this up".

I liked it as much as Dark Knight...don't really see how you would enjoy Dark Knight and not Rises actually....What was so great about how Joker or Two Face went out? Those anticlimactic azz deaths and cats complainging about Bane?

Bane was finished after he got his mask punched off and he got beat to the ground,his character was over at that point how he died was irrelevant,so who cares if he got shot by a missle?Far as im concerned he could've went off with Dhalia a broken man and said nothing for the rest of the movie because his part was over after Batman beat him up.

And why do people think Bane wasn't smart?He was in the same League of Shadows as Batman and Dhalia,pretty sure he's no dummy,if you assume Dhalia was the only one coming up with the plan that's on you

Instead this nikka played hide n seek with a Nuke for months until finally when the day arrives for it to blow bats magically snuck into gotham ( Prep time) and leads an army of popo trapped underground that must've been feeding on rats down there because they were spry as fukk instead of malnourished like larry holmes

They actually spent all of that time planting bombs underground all over the city. That was a better plan. Trap the entire police force, plant more bombs to set off and cause more destruction while setting all of the criminals free. They didn't even need a nuke

But in the previous two films, the death of the characters, when they did in fact die, not get arrested, but die, meant something. When Ra's died it meant something, when Two Face died, it meant something so for you to cheapen the death of the person who's in truth been your main villain for most of the run time in order to then give another anti climactic death to the person who is actually your main villain?? Just felt sloppy.

There was a method to everything in dark knight whereas dark knight rises seemed like someone just threw their hands up and said "Whatever"

Looking back, the whole nolan batman franchise was an illusion, begins was average but gets gassed for being the greatest comic book movie.Simply because joel schu raped the series to such an extent before him

Dark Knight was a simply a plot driven caper that was basic and while good was aided greatly by heath ledger death/performance.

With DKR they were out of gimmicks there was no death or shytty movie that preceded it to make it look better.It had the momentum of TDK and was simply ask to stand on its own merits and it sucked.

begins was a good movie, dark knight was a good movie but way too long, tdk was an average movie and way too long, plus at times i expected bruce willis to show up because felt like i was watching a die hard sequel.

I heard the script was changed in Rises, idk if this is true or not. Dent was suppose to be still alive and Joker was gonna be in it but this was before Heath's death
