What an idiot

1. You literally started out admitting you ignored the video for years because you were too much of a p*ssy to accept the truth :mjlol:

2. The interviewer asked her a simple yes or no question “do you support reparations for black people?” That is a yes or no question. Kamala’s response is “well, listen”

juelz-talking.gif

3. She specifies how black Americans specifically were targeted for racist policy for the last 200+ years but immediately follows with “a rising boat lifts all tides” rhetoric.

4. The interviewer doesn’t let her dodge the question and reiterates “so you don’t support policy specifically for black Americans?”

5. Kamala juelzes again and says “any policy that benefits black Americans benefits everyone”

That’s simply not true. How did the US giving reparations to holocaust victims benefit black Americans? How did the US giving reparations to the Japanese benefit black Americans? How did the US giving reparations to native Americans benefit black Americans?

Neither party supports reparations for black Americans. Kamala harris doesn’t even have an ancestor who was enslaved in the US so why would she support reparations?

You should have continued to ignore the video like you been doing for the last 5 YEARS :russ:
Can you show where Japanese and Native Americans got reparations. I don't mean lawsuits, I mean bills from congress that provided cash payments. You keep saying the shyt, well provide evidence.

1. The video has been plastered on here for the last 5 years and is in every Kamala thread. You were aware of the video :comeon:

2. You shills try so hard to defend democrats and just end up talking yourself into circles. Your OP literally says republicans block democratic policies that are meant to help black people specifically. Then, y’all say democrats don’t propose policy specifically for black Americans because they’re “savvy” Which one is it?

This is the same country that pays holocaust victims reparations. let that sink in.

1. no i wasn't :dahell:

2. if you keep deleting words and context then yeah you can make shyt sound like 1=1 even though we're saying 1=/= 2. A policy that adds value in a way that mostly benefits black americans is not the same as a policy that adds value to ONLY black americans.

Basically she says she won't commit to something that only helps specifically black people and will instead target things that indirectly help black people more than everyone, while reminding people that something that indirectly helps black people will help everyone else so they shouldn't be mad about that.

In other words shes playing the game the way its supposed to be played.

That’s what they told us about Obama. We’re not falling for that again.

I found her words and her tone very disrespectful. If she was asked about LGBT or immigrants or Asians, her response would have been totally different. She could have at least took a second and thought of a diplomatic way to respond.

1. Lmao ok breh. :mjlol:
The fact that you claim you haven’t seen one of the most damaging videos of Kamala’s run for president shows that you don’t pay attention to politics

2. There is no context. You’re trying to create a different narrative than what Kamala is saying.

Kamala was asked if she supports reparations specifically for black Americans from an ideological standpoint. As in should black Americans specifically be compensated for systematic racism?

Her long winded juelzing explanation was just her way of saying “no, black Americans should not receive any policy specifically for correcting systematic racism”

Saying policy for one group of people benefits all people doesn’t even make sense.

1. idk why you trying to read my mind and see my life like this is game of thrones but okay

2.a policy can be for "everyone" and disproportionately help black people, and that's exactly the way to go about shyt in today's age. TLR agents tried to download biden forgiving pell grant loans the same way, even though pell grant loans go to Black americans the most

i just think its a stupid way of thinking if you genuinely believe that's not the move tbh.

yall not even addressing how local reparations programs are getting sued by republicacs as illegal either.

After Biden launched the initiative in December 2013, the White House in 2014 named a special envoy to the community to coordinate volunteer activities to assist the survivors.

The Obama administration has awarded $12 million for assistance to Holocaust survivors.

The allocation from the Department of Health and Human Services to the Jewish Federations of North America, to be disbursed over five years, is part of an initiative launched in late 2013 by Vice President Joe Biden to address the needs of survivors in the United States, a quarter of whom live below the poverty line.

Combined with matching private funds, the approximately $2.5 million per year over the five years “will support $4.1 million in programming annually for organizations that help Holocaust survivors,” the JFNA said. According to JFNA, the funds will be used to advance “innovations in person-centered, trauma-informed supportive services for Holocaust survivors.”

“With this award, we will be able to advance our efforts to provide crucial services to vulnerable survivors, including those living in poverty, those in the Orthodox Jewish community and those from the former Soviet Union,” Mark Wilf, the chairman of the JFNA’s National Holocaust Survivor Initiative, said in a statement.

@RamsayBolton Can you please explain how giving holocaust victims reparations benefited black Americans?

Don’t forget Haiti had to pay France reparations for decades and the U.S. help enforce it.
