You do know that folks who get depressed feel worthless and just want to stay in bed, right? Yes, good people have those type of feelings. I can't fathom how the hell you possibly concluded someone who feels they're worthless and just wants to stay in bed is a pedo.
Anybody that depraved is most likely not going to feel any sort of remorse or they're not going to broadcast their actual feelings to a bunch of strangers in that manner, in fears they might criminalize themselves.

A journey of a 1000 miles begins with one step. Try to imagine where you want to be in order to feel better and be happier and healthier. Then, no matter how small, try your best to take that first step. Even if it means just googling online to see where you can get some professional help. Or maybe it's just doing 10 pushups. Or maybe it's just getting out of bed and brushing your teeth/taking a shower. Whatever that first step is to you.
Get some natural calm or a magnesium supplement and some vitamin d and B12.
Start a routine, journaling, colouring
Get some therapy
Go see a psychiatrist you might need some Ativan or Zoloft in the meantime until the therapy coping mechanisms start working
