Damn cuh you moved down here and ain't stop complaing since. As a new resident to the south (Florida) I HATE this place with deep PASSION. I FUKKING HATE HATE HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
Let me make one thing clear, its NOT because of the ppl, lots of beautiful and friendly ppl in the south. Publix is nice too, region is otherwise, well FL is at least.
Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC are probably the only places I can tolerate in the south.
I am NOT a city snob ethier, yeah I come from NYC world class city blah blah blah, but I'd rather live in Allentown PA or upstate NY over anywhere in the south. Fukk it, I'd rather live in Rode Island over anywhere in the south. I'm bitter at the fact that up north gets a proper fall while I'm still sweating my ass off in FL, I don't like florida weather AT ALL. Also there's bugs EVERYWHERE
Yall who have careers and have control over where you live are truly blessed I would NEVER leave the Northeast region if it was up to me.
Yea the South is different...but it's homeBiggest lie about the south that’s ever been told.
Hospitality?
You’ll get shot in New Orleans over nothing faster than anywhere else on the planet. Just look at a too long and find out.
They’ll gladly welcome you to a fresh bullet.

Ppl confuse things
Southern Hospitality is really just speaking to ppl in public, and also older ladies referring to you as sugar, hun, or baby etc.
In other regions ppl don't speak or acknowledge when they pass by you.
You can still tell the ones that mean it.Felt better when I was a child, nowadays it's perfunctory
You can still tell the ones that mean it.
Very few
You pretty much covered it. Nothing else need to be said lolImagine a bunch of muthafukkas migrating to the south from the west coast, east coast and midwest over the past 25-30 years in DROVES: and then complain about there being no more "Southern Hospitality"
