Using album sales are disingenuous.

Beatles were active during the height of post war economic boom. Europe and America entered uncharted economic territory which the world has never seen before, purchasing power was at an all time high. Also the Beatles career were a decade long while Pac career was 5 years including a prison sentence, beefs and pumping albums due deathrow deal. Pac music was never going to be on the same economic level as Beatles simply because he was a black man singing about the black mans plight in a white country, his second album was called strictly 4 my Nikkas and one was called me against the world. White Americans and Europeans really weren't gonna buy it. Plus people who would buy his music e.g Africa, Asia and South America were going through uncertain economic times during the 90s. Beatles were selling to economic affluent people while Pac had a limited market due to economics and geographical reasons.

But today in odd regions of the world, you can find people reciting pac's verses but you won't find this with the Beatles

Pac is bigger

Again, those numbers are USA. The biggest purchases of Albums are White people. They will buy music they feel closest too. Majority of Beatles fans are older white people who control the economic wealth, less tech savvy and rather buy than pirate.

There's a world outside America and Europe. Do people realize this?

Numbers are meaningless and need real explanation to truly understand them.

Example, Mayweather/Pac has the greatest PPV numbers of all time yet both were less influential and less popular than Prime Mike Tyson.

Here's America's age demographic, isn't surprising Beatles were most brought, when old demographic hold all the wealth and make up a solid percentage of the population while the younger generation lessens and are typically broke and tech savvy

Ok, here's the world numbers for just that one album that released in 2000. 21.6 million total and estimated to be 34 million and its only #19 on the list. I'm going to assume you are going to say they are missing the real countries that count...

Look at all those countries. Majority of them are white affluent countries except Japan. White people buying white music; I'm startled.

Tupac is more popular more revered in Africa, but unfortunately majority of Africa is poor and buying a dead man's album is the last thing in their mind but that doesn't negate his popularity. Is music dominated sales alone? Disco for example was extremely popular in America but was crushed basically in one night by White guys.

Numbers don't tell full story of reality. If you compare region by region, people by people and country by country who is more popular, Pac would win

Again, there's a world outside the transatlantic world

So "more popular in the world" = most popular in Africa? maybe South Africa? That doesn't make any sense. There's more that just Black Africans living in Africa since the white man raped and pillaged it long ago. If you have some survey or data to back this up then sure but you can't actually think 2Pac is bigger than The Beatles ''in the World". In the Black World, sure. And we are not all poor struggling to survive wishing we could by 2Pac albums. Its not just White and Asian people buying product. There will be plenty of Black people in line ready to pay $220 for the new Jordans this Xmas and $350 for the Yeezys.
