fakkits used to charge 100 for chrono trigger. Disgust. Thats why i hate to see nintendo win for what they did to my family back in the day. Christmas was never aweseom because of these wack ass prices. Got the entire nintendo catalog on my psp like its some cheap trash. Disgust.

Cartridges were very expensive to manufacture and Nintendo raped their publishers w/ their licensing fees. 3rd parties had no choice but to recoup w/ higher prices.
They fukked up when the market went towards CD based games and thought they could keep rolling w/ cartridges on N64 and getting all that guap when Sony was offering way better licensing terms and CDs were cheap as fukk to press.
I hope Wii U tanks so Nintendo can finally finishing paying for their sins in the 90's.
Fukk outta here charging 90 dollars FOR A GAME. That being said, I had a pretty impressive collection because I was spoiled.
I always try to school people complaining that they cant afford games now. How you think your moms felt when she had to drop 80 bucks total for Killer Instinct so you wouldnt be disappointed come Christmas? And like other people have said, the games would be high as fukk and still be sold out. I called damn near every toy store in Atlanta trying to find A Link to the Past. I ended up finding the last copy at a random mom and pop music store.
