Sheeze... this is why whenever I'm in a relationship I'm always still in "pursuit" mode. Try to be as healthy, cool, interesting, sexually attentive, and motivated at work/school as possible. If anyone cheats on me, I absolutely don't want it to be my fault because that shyt hurts like you're getting your insides churned out by a blender.

With that said... part of me wouldn't hold it against a woman for straying if a man didn't make his case for her to stay. I think that if either men or women do it, it's heinous as fukk, but I can still understand.

I've been cheated on before. I am convinced that it was because I got complacent and that when my girlfriend told me she loved me, I thought it was going to be forever, no matter what. Let myself backslide. Never again. fukk that.

My two cents. It's heinous, but I kinda understand why men and women might do it if their significant other falls off the wagon.

As any adult, you should honor a marriage because there are TWO people committing to it.

And to be perfectly frank, just because someone is 100% on point with their loyalty and commitment in one field, that doesn't mean that he's going to be 100% committed to everything in his life.

I know a research scientist that spends hours and hours daily going over test results. Very committed to her job. Turns out her apartment is also a total mess and she hasn't committed to its upkeep for quite a while. A man can be a good head of the CIA and have marriage indiscretions.

I'd do a lot of things, before I would cheat. Hire her a personal trainer, wardrobe consulting, hair appointments, spa treatments, etc. before I would cheat.

If that wouldn't work, I'd try to work myself into her self-improvement as many ways as I could so it could seem more like bonding rather than me just telling her about her self. Go to the gym with her, hire a consultant for both of us, hit the spa together, etc. I feel like at that age, women just want companionship and want to do things with their husband.

After that many years, it'd be fickle to fukk it all up because I didn't have the balls to say a couple of sentences.
