Nice job. Why'd you use the trap bar?
Honestly, cause its easier to load and unload once those 45s start piling up.

I can't front tho, it also makes it easier. I guess it's because of the placement of my hands at my side. But with the Olympic bar my max was 460 and I know I haven't gotten that much stronger.
I know what u mean, got the same affliction, but I'm 6'1. It'll be worth it, being able to pick up my next shorty with ease, no matter how much she ways.... within reason if course. :usure: Heaviest chick I ever picked up in a bear hug was about 210. And my back was done. I'm tryna squat her for sets by next year.
:salute:
I'm trying to squat 2 chicks on my shoulders at the pool this summer

I've only used 3 or 4 trap bars but I'm positive the one you're using there is more than 45lbs. I used to train on a trap bar that felt like it was closer to 80 if I had to guess, but I just counted it as 45 cuz it's easier that way.

Everyone is different, but 440 on the straight bar shouldn't be too difficult for you. Nice pull!

Thanks breh. I got 460 on the straight bar about a year and a half ago I think.

I dunno bruh...lower back aint nothin to play with..especially as you get older...especially with all that weight....personally I hate doing dead lifts and squats...the whole motion is just uncomfortable...

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Maybe its how im built...Im 6'2 with long arms, long legs and a really short torso

You're built for deadlifts to be honest, well maybe not the long legs, but long arms definitely help with deadlifts -

And as for problems later in life, the muscles in your lower back get stronger and your core gets stronger as well. Someone using correct form on deadlifts shouldn't have back issues later in life.

And :salute: @detroitwalt, my dude looks like he stopped by for a few minutes to throw up weights while his car was gasing up, no belt or straps...black excellence :smugdraper:
