The difference in exclusives is drastic imo.

Outside of Persona 5 there hasn't been an exclusive game I've played on the PS4 that made me feel like I had to own this system to play this. That includes games like Horizon (which I beat) and Uncharted 4 (which I dropped half way through and have yet to go back to).

My policy is to own all platforms and I'm a JRPG guy so I'm Playstation bias but looking at the libraries not counting Japanese titles it's a wash to me and I wouldn't feel like I was missing out on major generation defining games with only an Xbox One.
