How many muscle? I've been eating home made meal replacements drinks that seem to work I am curious to see what the stats on that meal is.

I mix 100gs of nuts (almonds to peanuts)
2 cups of milk
1 tblspn of olive oil
1 scoop protein powder

This gives like 1,000 calories 40 grams protein and some carbs (I forget)

It seems to work but sometimes I still be hungry because it is a liquid it doesn't make me feel full but its cool because your body obsorbs more because it is in liquid form.

What are the protein, calories, and carbs of your meal?
How much do you weigh? What is your goal?
What work out routine are you on?

wow is 2700 enough...I guess you have a slower metabolism. How did you calculate your target caloric intake?

What are phat and 5*5s? :thinking:
