Alright. What was your recipe?
Ok don't know how much you cook so please don't take it as me thinking you are slow. I just don't want to assume.
I made a simple bechamel
1 stick of butter
half a cup of flour
about 4 cups of milk ( I used 2 cans of evaporated milk, and this a eye balled some regular milk I like cooking more with evaporated milk
)
salt to taste
I browned the butter in a sauce pan, and whisked in flour. I add in the milk and keep whisking to make sure no clumps form. I turn the heat on low, add salt and set aside whisking occasionally.
about two pounds, of shrimp
cajun seasoning
salt
pepper
bay leaf (optional)
hmmm cloves of minced garlic
1 lemon
2 teaspoons of butter (don't judge me)
a little over tbsp of olive oil
about half a cup of white wine.
1 box of oven ready lasagna (or you can cook, I liKe to cook whole wheat)
3 1/2 cups of mozzarella. 1 cup on in between layers, 1 1/2 on top.
Pre heat oven at 350. Non stick pan, heat oil and melt butter, add garlic saute' add bay leaf if you use it . Season shrimp, add shrimp, When shrimp start to turn pink, add white wine and squeeze in lemon juice. Cook down, and take off before it fully cooked. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.Pour a little of sauce in the bottom, line with noodles, top with shrimp pour sauce over shrimp (make sure not to add bay leaf to lasagna if you use it), sprinkle mozzarella cheese, repeat. Add top layer of noodles. Add more sauce, cover with cheese. Bake for 30-45 min.
I added the juice from shrimp as I layered.
