I swear this is probably the best chicken I ever made. 1st time having quinoa and its pretty good.

The mushrooms tho....I didn't really care for. Couldn't taste the merlot and had to dress them up with some salt and pepper.

Tuna cakes or bugers what ever you wanna call em :noah:

Got recipes from there
Quick and Savory Tuna Burgers Recipe - Allrecipes.com

2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained ( iused 2 7 ounce cans)
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion ( i used fresh salsa with onions and peppers )
1/2 cup chopped celery (i used 1/4 cup)
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (i used the already minced so that's 1 tps) :beli:
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or as needed

Also dashed some season salt because reading the comments . I read some folks turned out bland.

Mine turned out perfect just amazing.

I dont cook so the first batch i left on too long but they were still good.

I just threw them on some Hawaiian sweet rolls :damn: so good.

Directions

Mix tuna, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, celery, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl until mixture holds together. Divide mixture in fourths and form each portion into a patty.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

Very hard steak to get your hands on and very expensive. Luckily, I had the connect. Best steak I've ever had x1,000.

Salad: spring mix, tomatoes, beets, feta cheese, croutons. Dressing was a creamy balsamic.

Sides: Couscous with roasted garlic. Roasted okra with a little Lawrys seasoning salt. Baked sweet potato with a little cinnamon.

Perfect. Cooked in the pan, a lil more than a min on each side. No oil. It was so well marbled you don't need it. Just melts in your mouth. :ahh: put the pan in the oven for a min too.

And for a lil snack afterwards I bought papaya. Helps with digestion.
