The South. Modern homes aren’t going to have an entire section of house with no A/C in 100 degree weather.

Otherwise every time you walked in it would bring heat into the main house.

What?? My house is new construction and my connected garage doesn’t have a/c...neither does my recreation room. Theres a vent that filters in that area. There’s thermostats on the upper level and the second level. The garages don’t have a/c, not even vents. Think about it - why would you need ac or heat when the only purpose is to park your car?

And in this story...they were in an apt not a house
