So talked to my other buddy that lives in marathon and his house is damaged roof off his parents house in islamorada is coo no major damage just can only get from key largo to mile marker 74 said something about some parts of the road are really damaged he sent me some pics pretty crazy
Finally got in touch with my fam today in Anguilla. Dad was telling me how bad shyt was. Said if they storm had lasted another day there would have been tons of deaths. He says there's no leaves on any tree out there. And there's no internet / cable at the moment, so my pops cant watch CNN, like he normally does. And cellphone reception is still shaky.....

Oh this is real lol...My mama called during the power outage to let me know PH was open for business and that she copped two large pizzas...
All fast food joints round my way are shut down except for 1 BK and waffle house...1 Popeyes opened up shop round 8pm and the car lines is snaking lol.
Got 1 chinese spot open but the owners daughter and some mexicans was mixing what i assumed to be old fried rice with new rice with their bare hands. That was 6 months ago and I'll be damn if I eat anything from that spot.

House held up. My area got hit hard (Tarpon Springs area of Tampa Bay). I live near the water. Power is still off, probably until Friday.
Running generator in cycles 4 on, 4 off to keep fridge/freezer cold. Ate good, wife was grilling salmon and shyt. Scary situation, but we made it thru.
