This is why I wouldn't want to live in Florida. The hell with dealing with this looming threat every year. Gimmie the Northeast with our much safer snowstorms and once in a blue moon mild hurricanes like Sandy...

Hurricanes and Snowstorms are the only natural disasters I would pick over the rest. At least you know their coming and can escape in time, unlike earthquakes, volcano eruption, tsunami.

Board Game prepper here myself, Probably over 300 games if u include expansions. I figure we would be set for a 1-2 years before things got really bad and had to venture out for some fresh stock.



Have other game preppers in neighborhood I trust, we could alternate libraries

We’re not in the path currently. It’s always good to be prepared though ahead of time.

Worse case with how my kids eats. We’d be good somewhere between 12-14…. hours

Being honest, unless it's like a cat 4-5 people native to the south just ride em out for the most part... It's just one of those weather anomalies when staying in a particular area...like myself I'm near the Carolina coast so I'm used to em myself...plus most are prepared with general stuff like water,batteries, and generators by this point...
