I can't see them having a whole arc without Gon, even if Kurapika/Leorio/Ging are major players. I mena he is the main protagonist. He'll somehow get his powers back and make his comeback at some point before the arc is over.

This is Togashi giving us a break from Him and Killua, actually if you read the manga weekly then you went without Leorio and Kurapika for about 11 years while you were stuck with those two. Gon has stuff to do in the regular world.
This is probably when he'll meet Gyro while everyone else is off doing other stuff. And even if he got his powers back he has no way to get there.

Killua, maybe, but I can't see there being a whole arc with no Gon. He's the main. That'd be like an arc of One Piece without Luffy.

Even if he doesn't go to the Dark Continent and just has a side story about getting his Nen back, I really doubt we're going to go years without seeing him.

Togashi isn't a conventional writer and Leorio and Kurapika need the focus put on them so it's perfect.
Instead of being in the Dark Continent Gon will just be having his own character arc of self discovery in the background.

You may be right.

All I'm saying is that even if Gon isn't involved in the main part of the arc, Togashi will probably give him something to do in the background.

Really tho, I'm just hoping the Phantom Troupe shows up. They were barely involved in the Chimera Ant arc or the one before that. Been a whlie since Kurapika murked Uvo and I'm trying to see him fight another member. Maybe even see Chrollo fight for real.

If you're reading the Hunter x Hunter manga, you'll know that big things have been developing since the manga returned last month. In a postscript the chapter this week's Shonen Jump, the series' editor suggests just how momentous its going to be.

Apparently the editor says something shocking is gonna happen soon in the manga...

At this point I'd rather he ended this after Gon met Ging. Gon waving goodbye to Ging as his deadbeat father nods back as he leaves on the cruise ship chasing his dreams of adventure as he departs for the dark continent in the setting sun

The goat shõnen not even gonna get a ending

YuYu Hakusho(which is great) can get a ending but Goat x Hunter can't

Hunter, JoJo, & One Piece are the best shõnen ever :oxy:​
