never really got into the gravediggaz bc I wasn't feeling RZA as a MC and didn't know the rest of those rappers, that being said the first time listening to this song and :ohhh::picard::ehh::mjcry: that beat is beautiful, would've been nice to see the clan use prince paul's beats on either the wu album's or solo joints
Gravedigaz consisted of legendary Producer Prince Paul. He produced DeLaSoul first album and other projects he has worked on albums by Boogie Down Productions, MC Lyte, Big Daddy Kane and 3rd Bass, among others. Major recognition for Prince Paul came when he produced De La Soul's debut album 3 Feet High and Rising (1989), in which he pioneered new approaches to hip hop production, mixing and sampling, as well as by adding comedy sketches etc...
Fruitkwan
was part of the group Stesasonic known in the late 80's as a hip hop band and their head rapper was Daddy O.
Daddy O has a new single out with Smith & Wessun.
Too Poetic, underground rapper who died due to colon cancer 2001

The other members were the nikkas from Stetsasonic (Fruwkan and Prince Paul) and Too Poetic (rest in paradise).

First couple eps were slow IMO, but once it got rolling, it got good. Waiting for season 2.
I’m on episode 2 and about to bail. The casting is terrible. I can’t stand this dude playing rza. Odb is great tho

Yeah RZA guy is a good actor but miscast. Give it two more, then decide.

I just finished this in like 2 days i thought it was dope. I agree that tbey probably couldve got a more accurate rza but rza himself chose him and the kid got all his mannerisms, down to the way he walks. Raekwon, meth and ghost are all great casting choices imo, although rae and ghost should probably put more weight on lol

I was wondering where was UGOD but the season ended with them making their first track together. Im sure next season he comes in and we watch them create 36 chambers
