never followed Wu like that , but this shyt put a new light on them as a group. I got better appreciation for these nikkas now. wild that they really came together after all this shyt , also i like how Rae & Ghost both seemed hella reluctant to ever spit some shyt for Rza.

I was trying to put my finger on why the actor that plays Bobby looked so familiar, I saw him in a couple things , but that wasn't it , then I realized he looks like my late friends (rip) brother did like ten years ago. Anyway show is coming along nicely, I kinda like the idea of a biopic series because in a movie you kind of have to breeze through some parts to get to the shyts, doesn't always hurt it, but it's a bonus when they can gradually build up and give context to things
I been saying forever that pretty much every biopic suffers from not having enough time to fit in the small things and how someone should do a miniseries instead of a movie. This one looks like they're doing just that but going even deeper by making multiple series to really go deep. I love it.

The episode was called All That I Got is You and wasn’t just about their relationship.

It was about Ghost’s struggles with his alcoholic mother and two brothers with muscular dystrophy and shorty was his strength when he needed her.

Show is great so far.

nikkas gone always find shyt to complain about...
The song was better than the episode.

Take me to court:yeshrug:

I love the show but I do agree that it is moving a bit too slow. Especially if I gotta what a whole nother week to see the next one

I like the show but it’s kind of bland

That's a testament to this shyt being more realistic than most shows/movies about rappers :lolbron: nikkas want the highlights instead of the real story. Even with the embellishments mixed in (like Rae shooting up Ghost house never really happened), RZA giving you the real version of what happened to form the Wu.

I appreciate this series keeping it real instead of showing ducktales/major exaggerations/the highlights.

Most of our lives are super bland, this is 100% more action packed than the average American life lol:yeshrug:

It’s a lot of interesting shyt happening but it’s being told in a uninteresting way.
The show writing is ok and direction is super average. If this wasn’t based on Wu tang. I would have tapped out

Documentary makes more sense.

Divine always had a vision, where I see Ghost and Rae where good, living in the moment (street mentality).

And its funny how the Power interview is in a separate location.

Did they boot him out as well? :ohhh:

Divine was all about re-upping .. thats all he did and all he wanted to do. thats why when he got locked even with all that money in the safe.. he told Bobby he had no money for his "toy" or for a lawyer.

Divines vision was dope though... take there profits and buy a building/block etc... if they did that ... Wu could've had their own community maybe even rename a section of SI to WU-Village or something.

Isnt this the point tho.

Divine knew there was a bigger picture and being in jail shouldnt stop the machine.

Cant lose focus on the street game...thats the reason why he went to jail. Rza trying to steal the drum machine and Ghost fukking on they sister.

Divine and RZA had a vision, whereas the rest where just living..

yea that the point... and Divine and RZAs vision clashed because he wanted his vision to be RZAs and it wasnt... Bobby's vision was diffenent..

but the thing about constant reupping... its like these billionaire tyc00ns.... if you always reupping when do you get the chance to enjoy it
