Everything starts with the point guard. You get a true floor general who can run and lead, you got something. Payton is not the answer. they should have been traded him.

There's plenty of guys around the league looking for an opportunity to start but are on good squads. Terry rozier, Rodney hood, Kelly oubre. Orlando has some good players like vucevic but without the right skill set and then they and up over paying them. Keep Isaac and Gordon...or ship him if It costs to much cause honestly at this point he's not a true max player .
Get guys in limbo like Avery Bradley, trade for isiaih Thomas if he medically checks out. Hell even marcus smart is available.. you could theoretically have last year's boston backcourt. Keep Isaac and Gordon. Then bring in Dwight maybe or another center. Salim mejri. Keep next years pick and get another starter.
Magic has an advantage of being in a low tax low cost state so that'll help in free agency.
