Get rid of the trash front office, firstly. Then put everyone except Gordon and Vucevic on the trading block and hope to load up on picks. Look to draft a PG and SG that can spread the floor and then try to get a 3&D SF.

- Get rid of Vuv, let Biyombo play out his contract.
- Draft a pg, and let Payton walk.
- Build around Gordon, Isaac, and get more draft picks for the next 2 years.

Fire sale minus Gordon and Issac trade whatever you have of value and anything you can’t build the way you are. They have some attractive pieces but there on the treadmill of mediocrity.

Aaron Gordon and Evan fournier stopped shooting 70 percent from 3 point range like they did the first 2 weeks of the season then injuries hit.

Vucci and Payton have to go. The two most important positions on the court and they are both lacking in certain things that it takes to be a starter on a good team. Fournier and Simmons are bench players to me. Evan can come off the pine and get his 15-16 a night. They need to develop Issac and hope he is a player and they need to hope that by time Aaron Gordon is 25 he has finally lived up to all his potential. And they gotta get these next few draft picks right. That is more important than anything.

Id get rid of Biz for a second rounder or a young player; it was just a bad signing in the first place. Hezonja really has zero use to me, but there are worse players at his position in the league. Terrence Ross is another one I’d think of moving.

I always felt like the Biz signing was to just sign someone. Wasn’t that the first year where the cap was upper big time, and we HAD to spend the money? (League requirement?)

Hezonja seems like an entitled prick that’s never played a lick of D in his life.
