President Manchin stay punking the shyt out of Biden. Biden already made a ton of concessions to the infrastructure bill, to the point where he's now talking about not undoing the Trump-era tax cuts, and Manchin is still like, "Nah, B. Try harder. :camby:"

And for the love of God where the fukk is Chuck Schumer?! He was feeling himself after the stimulus passed and he finally got Manchin on board (even though they still had to make several concessions) like he was some Mack Daddy who finally got one of his hoes in line. All right, then, Mack Daddy Schumer--why are you not get your Hoe Manchin in line and telling him to cut this shyt out?

There's something deeply-flawed with this country. The fact that it's so hard to pass policy that will have obvious positive implications for people's lives is beyond frustrating.

The advantage we had from WWII and being able to create a middle-class is fading. Unsure how we move forward with no action or tangible direction from either parties :yeshrug:

We've all seen statistics and reports about millinneals being worse off than their parents. Is anything being done to correct this? At all?

I don't mean to both-sides this as the Democrats are obviously the only party promoting any type of vision of a cohesive future but I'm getting tired of Biden weakening his bills, Manchin and Sinema's obstruction, and the narrative around the need for "bipartisanship" instead of quality policy that moves people forward.

Uncertain grounds
question for those who may know:

can the federal reserve enter as an angel investor of sorts? or does that funding have to be authorized by congress? also, can the government itself have an agency devoted to infrastructure and manufacturing that competes with the private market (in terms of legality)?
