No, he gave an expected response to an unnecessary question.

We've heard him say he plans to run again. We've heard people close to him say they expect him to run again.

He's wanted to be president enough to run for office numerous times. Now that he has it I fully expect him to want to do 8 years if he can.
No because Biden could have run for President in 2016 but didn't. He wasn't planning on running for public office again until Trump's Charlottesville "both sides" press conference changed his mind.
He didn't run in 2016 because he lost his son and deferred to what looks like a party wide agreement that Hillary would be the next president. :yeshrug:
Anyways, bringing up Biden is irrelevant. You might be OK with a gerontocracy but I'm not.

If you think that you clearly haven't read any of most posts regarding old people in politics. :mjlol:

Once again, he gave an expected answer to an unnecessary question. Biden will probably announce his final decision on whether he will run for re-election in early 2023.

LOL, now you are going against Biden's own words himself. Yes, Beau's death played a part in his decision not to run but the main reason was him just not wanting to run. Biden said it himself that he wasn't planning on running for public office again but that changed after Trump's speech on Charlottesville.

Also, Beau encouraged his father to run for president before he died but Biden personally didn't feel up to it.

I see you've moved off of your position that he has no intention of running at all to he will make a final decision in the future.

I'll take it. :ehh:

Biden was out of the public sphere until almost July 2015.

At that point Clinton and Bernie were already a thing. He had no chance at winning the nim at that point.

The decision was made for him not to run. Let's be reality.

Imagine Hillary throwing Bernie, Biden, and her husband under the bus over the crime bill in 2016.

I'm kind of sad we didn't get that moment. :mjlol:

I've literally said that repeatedly from the beginning. Are you blind breh? :mjlol:

OK cool. After the 2016 election, Biden thought that he was done with public life. He was content on becoming an elder statesman but Trump's actions as president changed his mind. Once again, that's Biden's own admission.
