Presidents have never done regular press conferences, not sure what the fascination with this is.

Biden is in good enough shape for them to pump him full of B12, a couple ensures and make sure he's had enough sleep to handle all of his scheduled appearances. Regan's time in office might as well of been a prequel to Week End at Bernies, so his age and this topic aren't even worthwhile discussions.

Depending on what happens, Biden may be forced to run. Kamala will beat anyone in a primary but she will lose to any Republican candidate.

If Biden can handle 90 minutes of debates and town halls with relatively few problems, he can handle a 30 minute press briefing, and he should give one.

But the media has been so desperate for controversy that nothing productive will come out of it. Just lame attempts at gotcha questions about Antifa and Andrew Cuomo.

That's exactly why he should minimize the number of press conferences he does.

The media was (for lack of a better term) spoiled by all of Trump's fukkery and just wants some of the same from the Biden administration. No benefit for him to even play into that


I don't buy that his age is really that much of an issue. Right now I'd rather he run in '24 (old or not) than Kamala simply because I think Kamala would very likely lose.

Idk man. I dont think her being a sitting President makes a difference either. She's a minority woman. She's Hillary 2.0 status either way. Plus she has zero midwestern appeal needed to win states such as Wisconsin and PA.
