Before you say "no he didn't.." the Trump administration failed at every turn in vaccine delivery..
Biden administration came in and not only did everything necessary to ramp up and expedite the process but they also did a great job in changing perception which makes everyone more comfortable in wanting to take it.
Read The Atlantic, they've been covering this heavily on how it was done and it is the #1 reason why cases have begun to drop at a rapid pace.
When everything is open this Summer Biden will be taking a victory lap.
Plus, people will have the $1400 checks and extended unemployment..
