What happened my wife told me about it but didn’t go into details.
I read that if they move the minimum wage $10, no jobs would be lost as opposed to $15 where millions would be lost. Biden is looking for bipartisan support, so a happy medium would be $10.

Very unlikely to happen. Manchin is opposed and Dems can't pass this through reconciliation - so they would have to get rid of the filibuster.

Like I said, his constituents are business owners too. $15/hr in WV is a lot different than $15 in NYC.Because his donors don't want him to.
