I disagree. 70% of Americans never sniffed college. Do you think they will enjoy paying for people's student loan debts? What about the people signing up for college this summer? is it now free?
I think the best way is to forgive interest or have no interest after 10 years.

Biden's foreign policy is going to be a re-run of Obama but Biden did have differences with Obama. He was and is still not a fan of troops in Afghanistan, he didn't want to intervene in Libya, and a couple of other things that I can't recall at the moment.
