This is a story from a convicted felon that was dismissed and debunked well over a decade ago, yet is now trotted out as new for a different era. Granted he has a better political environment to operate in (no recession) but Biden is clearly a better president than Obama when it comes to understanding the importance of local candidates in important states. He's out here operating like JFK did: doling out federal money and party money to key states to make elections easier.
