Granted he has a better political environment to operate in (no recession) but Biden is clearly a better president than Obama when it comes to understanding the importance of local candidates in important states. He's out here operating like JFK did: doling out federal money and party money to key states to make elections easier.
I can’t accept this. Biden might have better natural instincts but again he’s getting a generational mulligan surpassing the level of what George W Bush got
IMO his only mistake was the VP pickYup that's why I prefaced it, and noted it's just about political machines. At this point we can all admit Obama creating the OFA was a mistake and it took focus away from local democrat offices and the DNC. Like I said he had to deal with a recession and 2010 blew everything up. Biden has had incredible luck. Historic, even. I just think he had a better understanding of which wheels need to be greased, which states to focus on, etc.
Sounds like there's gonna be a heavy effort to get Pennsylvania's dem party operating better in the coming months too, before the election.

Seems like an odd distinction since Biden was very much an active part of the Obama administration.Yup that's why I prefaced it, and noted it's just about political machines. You take more risks if you know you'll be backWhy couldn't he have used that "better understanding" when he was VP in the Obama Administration? That's the exact sort of shyt that he was chosen for.
Kamala was an excellent senator...as a VP? She's like in PR purgatoryBiden? Agreed. Then again there's an army of MSNBC watching boomers who love Kamala. Including my mom. Not sure who he should have picked but yea she's been a complete dud.
